It features The Punchbowl, an almost perfectly circular water-carved rock cavity, such a cool wee geological feature! (Nerd alert here!) So what do you need to elope in Scotland? At leas So what do you need to elope in Scotland? At least 29 days before you must fill out an M10 marriage notice (note both partners need to fill in a form each) Ideally send these 10-12 weeks before the chosen elopement date. Have a passport and birth certificate ready to fill in the forms. You may also need to organise a visa depending on where you are travelling from - we’ll cover that in another post. Next up location & choosing a registrar or humanist - happy to advise/organise these. You’ll need two witnesses - we are happy to help if you don’t have any guests.
